Currently, you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-3 weeks of purchase depending on the volume of orders and if the items are currently in stock. I run the entirety of my shop myself. Prints are prepped and mailed by myself, while apparel clothing is produced by a dropshipping partner. During new releases, there may be a higher volume of orders than usual, and it may take me a bit longer to get them sent out to you. I appreciate your patience while I prepare your order for shipping!
When your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. Please note: tracking is sometimes unavailable depending on your chosen shipping option – for clothing, this is at the discretion of the drop shipping company and I have no control over it.
Ordered something and change your mind? Once you have placed an order you have about 12 hours to let me know if you need to make changes. After that, the product goes into production and I cannot make any changes.
Shipping costs are subject to change at any point as they are set by the drop shipping company.
If you are ordering two different types of products they will likely be shipped separately, extra shipping costs may accrue.
I am currently able to ship to most countries in the world – this can be limited by tax laws and by the drop shipping company. Unfortunately with international shipping comes international shipping fees, which are set by the drop shipping company based on the size and weight of the package. All international shipping costs are out of my control, though the company does do their best to offer the cheapest international shipping rates possible. All customers are responsible for their own customs fees once the package is shipped.
If you ordered an item labelled as a pre-order, your item will ship at the time indicated in that item’s listing. If your order had multiple items in it, and one or more of them is a pre-order, the entirety of your package will ship when that pre-order is ready.
Please note that pre-orders are currently subject to Covid-related delays. While I am able to estimate manufacturing times, sometimes there are delays on the production end that may cause your order to be delayed in turn. If any significant delays come up in an item you ordered, all customers will be kept informed and be given a new estimated time of arrival.
This shop does not currently accept returns or do exchanges. If the item you received is damaged in any way, if you received the wrong item, or if there’s an item missing in your order, please contact me via email so we can get the issues sorted out straight away. I’m happy to correct any errors to make sure you get your order as intended (within reasonable means).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
